Production Process
DVKSH Substrates utilizes a neutral medium to manufacture cocopeat substrates and products. Our approach involves no chemical processing or additives, making the materials easily recyclable and composed solely of untreated natural materials.
All our products undergo a four-stage process
- Washing
- Drying
- Sieving
- Sorting
To create our substrate, we combine one or more of these materials to achieve a uniform mixture that is compacted before dispatch.
